2010 Nightly Rates: $125.00 per night, double occupancy, including all
taxes and one 3-person canoe.
2010 Weekly Rates: $825.00, 7 nights, double occupancy, including all taxes,
and one 3-person canoe.
Additional adults over the age of 15: $10.00 per person, per night.
(Rates subject to change until confirmed with deposit.)
Children 15 and under are free.
2 night minimum stay required, except noted below. (July & August require 5 night minimum
stays.)

OUR
POLICIES:
MINIMUM STAY: 2 night minimum stay, arriving any day within September-June. Stays in July and August
require a 5 night minimum stay.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION:
Reservations require a $100.00 deposit
to confirm. Payment in full is due upon check in. (Deposit is credited to balance due.)
Cancellation requires
a 14 day advance notice to receive deposit refund.
CHECK IN: 3:00 pm or after. CHECK OUT: 11:00am.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
We do not require a security deposit at this time, except for stays over
30 days and those guests that have a pet.
Fishing, swimming, and boating are available. All are at your own
risk. All guests and visitors are required to sign a waiver of liability prior to participating in the activities.
Children MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while outside and swimming. Please, be cautious around
the water and dock. No running on the dock or diving from the dock is allowed.
Daily housekeeping in not
included. Guests staying 7 nights or longer will receive fresh linens after the 7th day along with a touch up cleaning. Additional
cleaning requests will be charged a fee.
The cottage is equipped with an ample supply of linens, dinnerware, tableware,
glassware, cookware, and cooking utensils.
SMOKING: We prefer that you smoke outside of the cottage and lodge.
Absolutely, no smoking is allowed in the bedrooms. For guests that do not follow these rules, a substantial cleaning fee may
be applied to your bill.
We regret that we cannot offer early check-in or late check-out due
to our heavily booked season. The intervening time is necessary to properly prepare and clean the cottage and lodge for our
next guests.
PETS: We may allow one small well-behaved pet upon prior approval with an additional
fee. For larger pets, we do offer boarding kennels on our property for a fee of $15.00 per day. Fee includes walking and
feeding by our kennel personel. You may bring your pet down to the yard, but they must be on a leash at all times. We also
have pets on the premises, however, they remain on leashes or runners during your stay. Guests with pets are required to check
out 1 hour earlier than normal check out to allow for additional cleaning time. The pet fee is $10.00 per day for staying
in the cottage for small dogs only. No large dogs. You must also keep your pet dry in the house and clean up after your pet.
VISITORS: We are a privately owned property therefore, we do have limitations on the volume and amount of day
visitors that you invite. (No large parties allowed without prior approval). The full policy regarding visitors is available
by request and is listed in our guide book in the guest house.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT & OCCUPANCY: We only
rent to adult guests that represent themselves to be 23 years of age or older, their families and/or companions. No teen or
college groups are allowed, even if they are chaperoned by adults. NO EXCEPTIONS.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 7 adults/children
in Guest House Cottage.

Additional Boat Rentals: Per Day One Canoe: Included in rate Kayak: $10.00 Bass Boat w/ trolling motor:$30.00
Rowboat: $15.00 (One
3 person canoe is included in your rental price.)
Taxes included on rentals. Non-guest rate are $2.00-$7.00
higher per day and includes parking. Reservations are recommended. Boat rentals require a signed waiver of liability and agreement
to wear life jackets provided.
Half day & weekly rentals also available.

WHAT
WE SUPPLY: The house is equipped and set up as a fully furnished property that includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows,
bath towels, some games, TV, DVD player, VCR, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with trash bags, coffee maker and filters.
(No dishwasher in Guest House Cottage). We include a "starter" set of regular coffee, popcorn, shampoo, toilet paper, soap
and paper towels. These will not be replaced during your stay. Food or meals are not included.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Your
personal toiletry items with an additional supply of paper towels and maybe your favorite coffee. We also recommend napkins,
additional toilet paper, paper plates, paper cups, beach towels, sun block, OFF or other brand of mosquito repellent for hiking,
evenings and for canoeing through the river. You will also need to bring your food.
For families with an infant,
we do offer a small pack n play for a crib which converts to a bassinet. We also offer a high chair.
